Trump Promises To Combat Traffic Jams If Elected

September 2024 – In a freewheeling speech to an enthusiastic crowd, Donald Trump said this election is not a choice between Democrats and Republicans but a choice to reduce stress, wasted time, and fuel.  According to a 2023 report from a transportation analytics company, the average driver lost 51 hours, and cost the U.S. more than $70.4 billion

Mr. Trump did not provide details on how reducing traffic congestion might work, only that traffic hurts productivity.  

He also said “new dishwashers are worthless.”  They waste time loading, unloading, and putting away dishes.
