DripDry products are backed by the added security of our warranty. We warrant DripDry products will be free of defects in material or workmanship for normal household use. Any purchase of a DripDry model **includes a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship; that has no time limit to make a claim. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the cutlery caddies, of which one (1) comes included with every DripDry. Additional cutlery caddies may be purchased if needed.
** In order to effectuate a Lifetime Warranty, Customer shall 1) email us your method of installation with a drawing or photo of the plan prior to installation and 2) email us pictures of your finished installation. Satisfactory / Approved installations receive a Lifetime Warranty Certificate.
Any DripDry shall be covered for its lifetime on the market for as long as the original buyer owns it. If the model is discontinued or a newer model exists, an original DDC model’s value (determined by the original purchase receipt) will apply in full towards a new model. Shipping costs for a newer model shall be borne by the Customer, but any replacement of the original DDC model or parts will be supplied and shipped by The BLH Corporation.
If you, the Customer, have any problems, or to return a product, we require contacting our Customer Service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”). Warranty period begins from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. Minor imperfections and slight color variations may be considered normal. This warranty excludes damage to the product from misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, neglect, accident, alteration, fire, theft, or use in a commercial establishment.
In the unlikely event that your product becomes defective, the original purchaser shall email us with the Subject line “Warranty”, and at our discretion, we will provide replacement parts for your product at no charge for the product and/or shipping. We may provide a prepaid return label and arrange to send you a replacement. Replacements shall be processed within 30 business days from the date of receipt.

A copy of your dated proof of purchase may be required prior to any claims under our warranty. This warranty expressly excludes any defects or damages caused by accessories, replacement parts, and repair services other than those authorized by DripDry or The BLH Corp. The following conditions are not covered by our warranty, and are not limited to: dents, scratches, and other conditions to the product that occur over time considered as normal wear and tear; intentional damage to the product; lost or stolen product; parts or products that have been disposed; any modification to the product; deterioration of the product arising under inappropriate exposure to extreme conditions such as outside weather, heat, or cold; all incidental or consequential damages that result from user mishandling or other than its intended use in a typical household capacity; product purchased As-Is or from unauthorized retailers such as ebay, garage sales, Craig’s List, and thrift stores; or not satisfied with the product.
